Nassau Tax Buddy is an informational tool only. It is not a law firm, tax advisor, or licensed professional service. Nothing provided by the extension constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. The calculations, suggestions, and auto-filled values are based on publicly available data and general guidance — they may contain errors.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all information before submitting your grievance application.
Nassau Tax Buddy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Nassau County, the Nassau County Department of Assessment, or The Gold Law Firm. "AROW" is Nassau County's system — we are an independent, unofficial tool.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nassau Tax Buddy and its developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the extension, including but not limited to incorrect filings, missed deadlines, inaccurate calculations, or any other outcome related to your property tax grievance.
Nassau Tax Buddy is offered at a one-time flat fee of $59 per filing season. There is no subscription. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — Nassau Tax Buddy never sees or stores your card number or billing details.
We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not yet submitted your grievance application through AROW, for any reason. See our Refund Policy for full details. To request a refund, email hello@nassautaxbuddy.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
