Our Commitment

Nassau Tax Buddy is a new product and we want you to feel confident trying it. If it doesn't work for you, we'll make it right.

30-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason, as long as you have not yet submitted your grievance application through AROW.

Once your application has been submitted, the core service has been delivered and refunds are no longer available.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund regardless of submission status if:

• A technical failure caused by Nassau Tax Buddy prevented you from completing your filing
• You were charged in error (duplicate transaction, unauthorized charge, etc.)

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@nassautaxbuddy.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address you used to purchase. We'll process your refund within 5 business days.

What Happens After a Refund

Your access to paid features will be removed after your refund is processed. Your grievance application, if already submitted to Nassau County, remains valid — a refund from Nassau Tax Buddy has no effect on your AROW filing.
